Privacy Policy

When you use the voice-agent planner, you provide your name, business email, and phone number, along with your company name and the details about your business and workflows that you choose to describe. The planner is the only place on the site that collects personal information, and we only receive what you enter.

We collect limited technical data such as your IP address, which we use to rate-limit submissions and prevent abuse. We also use privacy-friendly, cookieless usage analytics to understand which pages are used; these do not identify you personally.

We use the information you provide to:

• prepare a tailored plan and brief ahead of your discovery call;
• contact you, by phone and email, to schedule that call and follow up; and
• provide, maintain, and improve our services.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

After you submit the planner, an automated AI voice agent may call the phone number you provide to help schedule your discovery call. The agent identifies itself as AI and honors a do-not-call request immediately. Calls may be processed and transcribed by our voice provider so we can follow up accurately.

We rely on trusted third parties to run the service. They process your information only to perform their function for us, and each maintains its own security and privacy practices:

• ·Vercel — website hosting, rate-limiting to prevent abuse, and cookieless analytics
• ·n8n — workflow automation connecting the services below
• ·HubSpot — customer relationship management (storing your inquiry)
• ·Retell AI — placing and transcribing the automated voice call
• ·Anthropic (Claude) — generating your tailored plan brief from your answers
• ·Resend — sending you confirmation and scheduling email
• ·Cal.com — scheduling your discovery call
• ·Microsoft 365 / Outlook — our calendar for the call

We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, provide our services, and meet legal or record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete it at any time (see “Your choices”).

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You can also opt out of the automated call or any further contact, either by telling the agent or by emailing us. To make a request, contact hdz@integrativeworkflow.com. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including signed and verified connections between our systems and encrypted storage through our providers. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data in transit and at rest.

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy as our practices evolve. We’ll change the effective date above, and material changes will be reflected here.
